Deposits: All bookings made more than 7 days prior to arrival must be confirmed with a 50% deposit. Bookings made less than 7 days prior to arrival must be confirmed with a 100% deposit. No Deposit – No Booking. All balances must be settled on arrival.
Check-in / Check-out: Book-in time 14h00 – 17h00. Check-out time 10h00 (extra fees will be charged for late check-outs).
Identification: All guests must have their ID or passport for proof of identity when checking in.
Breakfast: Served 07h00 – 09h00 weekdays and 08h00 – 09h30 weekends.
Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the rooms — feel free to use the patio as a smoking area.
Cancellations: To be made 72 hours in advance. No refunds on late cancellations or early departures. No-shows without notice are liable for full payment. A 10% admin fee applies to cancellations.
Liability: Parking at own risk. Belongings and valuables left in rooms at owner’s risk. Right of admission reserved.
